Q: What platform do you use for the 1-1 lessons?
A: All lessons are conducted via Zoom, which is free and easy to use on any device. You'll receive a link after booking your session.
Q: How long is each session?
A: Each private lesson lasts 50 minutes (this is to give me a 10 minute break between sessions) Longer sessions can be arranged on request.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Ideally, you’ll need a phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera, a bit of space to move, and any relevant training gear (gloves, mitts, etc.). I can work with what you have and suggest drills based on your setup.
Q: Do I need a partner to train with?
A: No you don't need a partner, you can work with me!
Q: Will I get a recording for later review?
A: Absolutely. You can record the session at your end, or I can send you my recording
Q: Are these sessions suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! Lessons are tailored to your experience level—whether you're just starting out or an advanced martial artist or coach.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A: No problem—just give at least 6 hours notice, and we’ll rearrange. Life happens!

A: Yes, you can book single sessions or block bookings at a discounted rate. Get in touch for package pricing.
