My 1-1 business coaching program focuses on three stages - S.O.S

Stage 1 Stabilise:

In the Stabilise stage, we focus on building a strong foundation for your martial arts business. This involves setting clear goals, managing finances, and ensuring a consistent student base to create stability in operations and revenue.


Stage 2 Optimise:

During the Optimise stage, we'll look to refine your martial arts business for maximum efficiency and growth. You'll fine-tune your marketing strategies, enhance student retention, and streamline processes to make your school more competitive and profitable.


Stage 3 Systematise:

In the Systematise stage, you'll implement sustainable systems and automations to ensure your long-term success. You'll develop standard operating procedures, delegate low value tasks, and build a resilient infrastructure, allowing your martial arts school to operate on auto pilot using effective systems.

Option 1: Phone Call Coaching

Phone Coaching is only £295 per month. ​

(It is cheaper as it allows me to get in my 12,000 steps per day) ​

​Phone coaching is 4 x 45 minute weekly sessions per month

Zoom Coaching is £495 per month for 4 x 45 minute weekly sessions
